Meet Leah

Still recruiting. Still learning. Still teaching.

I'm not someone who used to recruit and now teaches about it from a distance. I'm actively placing candidates, running intake calls, and using AI in my workflow every day. What I teach is what I do — including the parts that went wrong.

The reason Hael Talent exists is because most recruiting training is either too theoretical to be useful or too tool-specific to last. There wasn't a place that taught the actual craft — the conversations, the judgment calls, the moments where being a real human in the process makes all the difference.
